and that is bringing heavy rain in portions of ohio valleys, mississippi valley into parts of texas. good news for texas, not good news for these areas because they have received a lot of rain in the month of november. now, we are talking about 3-6 inches, locally, up to 8 inches possible. that is bringing big time concerns as far as flooding goes. flood watches and some warnings already going up for areas that are starting to see some of that flooding. here is a look at the cold front bringing rain in western parts of ohio and kentucky and tennessee and portions of texas. again this is good news for texas because they are still in that drought. oklahoma, good to see some moisture being brought into that state. as far as snow goes in the rockies, we are talking about more snow over the next 48 hours at times over a foot of it especially along some of the higher elevations. it will be cold enough for some of the snow to make it down into the valleys. this will be posing treacherous traveling conditions for these areas especially monday morning. tomorrow's temperatures, it will be cold one out t

, a 31-year-old texas man committed suicide. he said, thanks, bath salts. january, 2011, in panama city, florida, a daughter tried to attack her mother with a machete before fleeing the scene. she spent several days taking bath salts. an army sergeant killed his wife following a police chase. both had chemically altered bath salts. the couple's son was found dead with a plastic bag over his head and bruises on his body. these incidents led many states, including my home state of florida, to outlaw these often dangerous and deadly substances. . i added chemicals added to bath salts to induce a drug high to schedule i of the controlled substances act. these substances are not marketed for human consumption. this also is why i have joined representative charlie dent in his work to bring h.r. 1254, which includes the billing i introduced in april to the floor today. you have heard no research can be conducted if this passes, but those claims are false. they can be conducted. research will continue to be done on schedule i chemicals. just listen on the e.r. doctors and poison control centers

weather. that storm system already in the plains bringing heavy rain from texas all the way from wisconsin into michigan. behind this cold air pushing in. therefore snow popping up out toward nebraska as well. this will be a rain event for us. with the storm, we will see a drop-off in the temperatures. mild air starting to push in across texas. 56 in dallas fort worth. 66 in houston. this milder air will be heading our way. hyped that all, we see temperatures drop down. the forecast for today, mostly sunny skies. temperatures seasonably cool. winds out of the north, light in nature. so you don't have to factor in a winled chill today. just have a jacket. another cold night on tap. we'll be dropping into the 20's and 30's with partly cloudy skies sms winds stay light over night and we talk about our next storm system. the clouds do start to increase throughout the day sunday. we stay dry on sunday. back toward cleveland a storm starts to move in where the ravens will be playing tomorrow afternoon. taking down the cleveland browns, and they will have rainy weather, chilly conditions. sunday,
